RPSA Building Survey (Level 3)
A comprehensive building survey helps you understand older, altered, unusual or more complex properties before purchase, renovation or repairs. We confirm whether it is the appropriate service for your property and objectives.
The report describes the accessible building fabric, observed defects, likely causes, repair options and further investigations where needed. Inspection and reporting limits are explained so you can make informed decisions.
The standard inspection is visual and non-intrusive. It does not include a property valuation, structural calculations or specialist electrical, heating, plumbing or drainage testing. Additional investigations or cost advice must be separately agreed.
Request a written quote with the property address, type, bedrooms, approximate age and concerns. Fees depend on size, complexity, access and scope. Sphion currently charges no VAT; reporting arrangements are confirmed before instruction.
