Do you need planning permission?
Not every project needs full planning permission; some fall under permitted development and only need a Certificate of Lawful Development. One of the first things we do is check your project against local and national planning rules to confirm the right route.

Planning approval can never be guaranteed. The decision rests with your local authority. If a scheme is refused or needs significant redesign, further work may be chargeable, which will always be agreed with you in writing first.
