Planning considerations

Measured surveys and existing drawings can support later design and planning work. The survey itself does not provide planning permission or confirm whether a proposed development is permitted.

Building regulations

Existing drawings record the agreed survey information. Proposed building regulations drawings and specialist assessments are separate services and should be scoped for the intended works.

What does a measured survey record? The agreed layout and dimensions of the property.
