Sphion Architecture & Surveying is pleased to offer a 20% discount on professional fees for eligible NHS staff and members of the UK Armed Forces as a gesture of appreciation for public service.

This offer applies to architectural services and building surveying services, including planning drawings, building regulations drawings, snagging surveys, and condition surveys, unless stated otherwise in writing. The discount is calculated against Sphion’s published standard fees at the time of booking and cannot be combined with any other promotion, offer, or negotiated discount.

To qualify, the client must provide valid proof of eligibility prior to instruction, such as a current NHS ID card, Armed Forces ID, or equivalent official documentation. Sphion reserves the right to decline the discount where eligibility cannot be reasonably verified.

The discount applies to new instructions only and must be requested at the time of enquiry or booking. It cannot be applied retrospectively to ongoing or completed work, variations, or additional services instructed after the original agreement.

All services are subject to Sphion’s standard terms of engagement, scope definitions, and professional appointment conditions. This promotion does not apply to third-party costs, statutory fees, disbursements, or specialist consultant fees.
