Site Inspection fees are non refundable if you cancel any appointment.

Every project that we take on is unique and therefore is priced individually and the tailored, crafted approach is reflected in our pricing structure.  

 

Prices indicated are exclusive of VAT.

​

Our fees for a new build project can be calculated as a percentage of the build cost.

 

Build costs are assumed until the full specification is known.
