Planning Advice
"Thankyou Sphion. I asked Sphion to provide me information and planning advice about a loft conversion and extension to the rear of the property. A very professional and well mannered man called Daniel attended the property and discussed with me what I could and couldn't do with my property. I am very happy with the advice I received from Daniel and the solutions he gave me to get stair access into the loft. I was advised that the loft conversion was within permitted development and didn't require a planning application, I was very happy that this would reduce my costs. Daniel came to do a measured survey for the extension for a small fee and provided me with drawings within three days along with sketches for the staircase and alterations required. The extension would require a planning application as I wanted to have two story extension added to the rear. I would recommend Sphion Ltd and will use them again in the future. Great advice, great personality. Thankyou very much".
